Gary’s 40 years of experience include 20 years as Plant Sanitarian and 10 years as a Plant Quality Manager for the Keebler Bakery in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His current responsibilities cover Sanitation support for Kellogg Company Global focusing on Hygiene and Sanitation Performance Standards as well as Sanitary Design support for Kellogg Global Engineering. He has been a Registered Sanitarian with the State of Michigan for 30 years. Currently working as a private consultant to the Food Industry focusing on Food Safety Hygiene and Sanitation.
